b. Service Fees:

Refunds for service fees, including consultation or other ancillary services, will be provided under the following conditions:

  • Full refund for service appointments cancelled by Phoenix Diagnostic Center due to unforeseen circumstances or resource unavailability.
  • Refunds for customer-initiated cancellations will be subject to specified cancellation policies.

c. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, typically 7-14 working days from approval.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

a. Test Services:

  • Cancellation of test services is permitted before the sample collection process commences without penalty.
  • Once sample collection has begun, cancellation requests may not be entertained, and standard refund policies will apply.

b. Service Appointments:

Cancellation or rescheduling of service appointments is subject to the following conditions:

  • Customers must provide advance notice as specified in the appointment confirmation to avoid penalties.
  • Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of any advance payments made.

Limitations of Liability

  • Neuberg's liability is limited to the refund of the amount charged for any specific voucher, product, or service.
  • No refunds offered for services already purchased unless an error occurs during purchase or redemption attributable to Phoenix Diagnostic Center.
  • Promo codes are non-refundable in case of order cancellation.
  • Phoenix reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons, with applicable criteria specified.
  • Phoenix is not liable for special or indirect damages arising from purchases.
